The pool code didn't work, didn't get the right one until last day of my stay and I couldn't get in for personal reasons at the time.

I loved everything about the stay, the village was in walking distance. The room was very clean and located close to the elevator.

I figured when I asked for a ocean view room there would not have been so many trees between the water and the room. But it was gorgeous nonetheless. Also we had to keep turning down the temp on the thermostat because somehow it kept going up at all times of the day. Not sure if the owner is able to control it from there phone or not but 75 and 78 degrees are not comfortable when I'm trying to sleep or have sunburn. Also the toilet paper holder probably should be fixed. When we got there it was attached to the wall but unsecured.

The room was wonderful and it was clean and spacious. The little Baytown wharf was adorable and a quick walk from the condo.

We did not receive the code from Vacasa to the garage ahead of arrival despite emailing a request for the link the same morning. And had to call several times and talk to different Vacasa representatives from the car outside of the garage when arriving to Sundestin in the evening after a long day of driving, before finally getting a text with the link to get the code and being able to access the garage and then the apartment. The code to enter the pool area was inaccurate and only thanks to fellow guests at the Bahia Condos we were able to get access to the pool. Access to a grill is included but there was no gas and we could not barbeque. We told Vacasa but nothing was done over the 5 days we were there...

The apartment and the resort is wonderful.

Parking was a bit hectic in the parking garage especially when you have a large truck. Spaces were tight and if you happen to leave your spot you probably won’t find another one. However there was additional parking but it was a bit of a walk away.

This condo had everything I needed and more! I really felt like I was home. Its location was close to shopping and dining and things for my kids to do, you didn’t even need to drive everything you need is within walking distance or you could take the tram. I really enjoyed having access to a full size kitchen and washer/dryer. I the will absolutely book this same condo for our next trip.

I liked the price but then it almost doubled with taxes and cleaning fees. More of a surprise. Would have liked it to me more up front on the total costs. It was abit confusing the first time to find the parking garage and where we were supposed to be. Not much signage. Could review what you send out to people to make it more clear. Once we figured it out, it was no problem.

It had everything we needed. Beautiful location. Easy access. Easy to get to other parts of Destin. Great places to walk and get fresh air. The pool was wonderful. I would definitely come again.

Initially finding the hotel was difficult from the mainroad as nothing said "Bahia". It's actually across from the hotel. No instructions for Wifi Access. Wasn't very clear on how to get to the beach or how to use the beach transport system.

The facilities were great, Garage Parking was ok, but don't arrive home late or you'll have hard time finding a spot. Thanks for leaving extra trash bags, and laundry stuff. Bed was perfect! Balcony view was perfect. Very quiet building.

Parking was a challenge for sure. Sometimes had to walk a long way to the hotel due to lack of parking space. We also were hoping Bahia had golf carts. That would be great! We also wished the pool had been open longer than 10pm.

The location was so quiet and very nice! We loved that it was tucked away from the city. We walked to the shops multiple times, and had so much fun!

The bed was not the most comfortable, but wasn’t terrible either. There were a few stains on the furniture also. Nothing terrible, but could probably stand to be professionally cleaned.

The location was good. It was a close walk to the Baytown Village. The pool was very nice and was right outside the doors. The room was clean when we arrived. I would stay here again.

The long drawn out instructions, simplify the instructions so that visitors won't get overwhelmed with reading, took me a while to find the door code, I didn't know about the underground garage with the coded entrance with the elevator straight to your room floor. I know I know it was in the email but the instructions are too long. Also the ceiling and vents were dusty my family has bad allergies.

It wasn’t worth the money. There was no true balcony, no stove and no washer or dryer and a very tiny hotel type refrigerator/freezer that didn’t freeze my ice packs after leaving them in the freezer for 10-12 hours. The shower pressure is awful and the bathtub fills up while showering (not draining). The air conditioning would not go below 74 even though it was set at 70.
