This hotel is amazing, the location is perfect if you have a lot of activities to do in all parts of Tokyo city. The bathroom facilities are absolutely amazing, and if you're a Westerner, you should absolutely try out all the features of the Japanese toilets. The staff were all sublimely professional and pleasant to interact with. When we arrived, on top of our luggage we also had a carrier bag. They looked after our bags while we checked in, and once we were done found they'd put the carrier bag into a much nicer hotel branded bag haha. Loved the whole stay. They have passcard locked doors for easy access into the hotel from multiple entrances, so its very secure

Location is conveniently close to the Tokyo station and city center. The hotel in general looks new and clean. The room is a bit small but understandable for city center location. But it look very clean with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is good especially the buffet one.

Great place to stay - near metro/train stations giving easy access to anywhere and to Electric City. The staff who checked us in was really nice and even allowed us to check in early. The price paid was really worth it.

This was an excellent way to end our trip. The room was spacious and well thought out. The bath with the rain shower was divine and the bedding comfortable. Excellent turndown service. Room was always spotless with thoughtfulness in the housekeeping (e.g a clean sheet placed under luggage that's on the floor). The pool was amazing. Somehow they even thought about transmitting the ambient music underwater. I kid you not. And with views of Mount Fuji, you can't go wrong.

Rooms where nice and really big, clean, nice view, good breakfast, it's next to emperor, it has easy commute to many parts of Tokyo and you can even walk to the hotel right from the subway if the weather is not nice. It's located almost in the center, with several minutes walk to Emperor's Gardens and Palace, surrounded by modern skyscrapers. Skyscrapers is where you stay and what you see in the windows, so if the lights of the city in the night take your breath away - that's a good place to taste modern Tokyo. It isn't a tourist and/or shopping area though, so don't expect huge crowds in the nights and restaurants serving too late, but you are the crossroads between many great areas so it's good as a 'hub' location.
