The host was kind and welcoming. The accommodation was clean, spacious and felt homey. I stayed in a single room. The shared living area was comfortable, there was a tv with Netflix. The combined washer/dryer machine was awesome! It’s coin operated though so make sure you have Japanese coins, I think it only accepted 100 yens, best to confirm before you arrive.

The guest house was very well kept, you could see the effort of creating a homely and cozy space. Staff were super helpful and really kind! The room had a beautiful view on the river side and a very nice balcony.

The location is superb.. amenities complete and really clean.. I would go back here.. I really love my stay.. bathroom really nice and clean and spacious.. I love that there's lots of space to get dressed.. also shower itself has good space.. kitchen really clean and organized.. lobby area has sofas if you want to just relax and they also have tables if you're working or if you want to eat there.. I will go back and stay longer next time

Even though I made a last minute decision to visit Asahi the hosts were very nice and helpful! The atmosphere in the guesthouse was great.

Shioriya offers accommodation in Nagano, 11 km from Zenkoji Temple. Popular points of interest around the property include Togakushi Shrine and Old Kawanakajima Battlefield. Stay here it will really enhance your Japanese travel experience. The most perfect four room hotel in a newly built beautiful Japanese home. The hosts are warm and welcoming. It’s like staying with a favourite friend or relative. It reminded me of staying with my grandmother when I was a little girl, they were so attentive and helpful. The rooms are warm and comfortable and impeccably clean. The breakfasts were the best food I had in Japan. Fresh local fruits and delicious home made soups. Off street parking and local bus and train transportation. Lots of helpful advice on attractions in and around the Nagano area and how to get there. (We loved the ‘snow monkeys’!) There are large grocery stores just around the corner and a lovely kitchen to use to prepare meals as well as local restaurants. Watch the kids walk and bike to school along the quiet street in front of the house and then catch an easy bus to Nagano Station to explore further afield.

노자와 온천에 자리한 Shinazawa에서 머물러보세요. 숙소는 류오 스키장에서 21km, 지고쿠다니 원숭이 공원에서 32km 거리에 있습니다. 이 2성급 게스트하우스에서는 에어컨, 공용 욕실, 무료 Wi-Fi가 완비된 객실을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 구내에는 전용 주차장이 마련되어 있습니다. A lovely, clean, and simple pension with tatami/futons and the added bonus of toilets in each room, which many pensions don't have (they have shared toilets). However, the bath is shared and is not in the room, which is no problem! Plus nearby local free public onsens are wonderful. It's run by a very nice family, has a good location near bus stops plus is a short walk from the Karasawa lift (can ski from there to main areas and back). Breakfast was very tasty with a lot of variety and a mix of Japanese and Western options. Reasonably priced-- I would stay there again!
