The room was clean and comfortable, though a little crowded. The location is great. It is very close to the Gotemba station--easy to find and get to. It worked very well for what we were looking for. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and staff kept all the food selections well supplied.

Really inspiring to be able to see Mount Fuji through your window immediately when you wake up. Good locations for food nearby. Easy to access the Gotemba Premium Outlets. We were able to easily get a bus from Gotemba Bus Station to go Lake Yamanaka, Oshino Hakkai and Lake Kawaguchi for great views of Mount Fuji, local culture and natural scenery.DzakiSingapore

Really appreciated how quiet it was, renovations were going on at the time I stayed, but from the sound level in my room I never would've guessed. I simply walked from Gotemba station, but if you have more than one piece of luggage, this likely won't be easy. The common room is an big, old movie cinema and it's a really cool space. The owner/manager was so helpful and friendly with everything. He gave us a bigger room when the hotel didn't have many bookings that night. Only regret was that we couldn't watch a movie because we were waking up early for Mt.
