Great ryokan style accommodation plus onsite onsen experience, room was great albeit a tad small for 2 big luggages. Otherwise everything was near perfect, love the whole design of the hotel all the way from the entrance, lobby, lifts and room.

The is a top notch hotel. We wanted to truly experience Japan so we stayed in a tatamii own Onsen (mineral baths) which was lovely. My husband and I went to the Onsen daily. The hotel is centrally located. We came to Sapporo for the Ice and Snow Festival and it was a quick walk to the sculpture sites. The shopping streets and subway station is also just a quick walk. We highly recommend the La'gent hotel.

A lovely, modern room. We slept so well in our futon beds, after the beautiful onsen with sauna. Loved the complimentary welcome drinks. Front desk staff were very accommodating. Overall a very well priced stay in an exceptional hotel, easy shuttle bus from the airport, and 25min walk to the train station the following day

This hotel is located centrally but when we stepped inside, we felt like we were in peace! The room is very tastefully furnished in the style of a japanese guest house with tatami mats on the floor. It is equipped with all important amenities and complimentary water, tea and small snacks. The staff is friendly and attentive. The onsen is well maintained and has a sauna as well as high-quality care products.

Very spacious rooms with great view. Exceptionally good located in the center of the city. We had a tatami-room with seating area and a futon. I loved it, but be aware you practically sleep only a few centimeters above the floor. Bath was one of the larger japanese standard cabins, with a big tub and more space than average.
